The election in Germany is over and the results are like expected. The old Kanzler is the new Kanzler and the Liberals are history. Bad news for RWE and E.ON. Some people think the Social Democrats will support the traditional energy policy if they will become the junior partner in the government. That will help the energy companies to make more profit with Grandpa's water boiling technology. Future will tell.
The DAX index went on Monday further to the South, stopped the trend on Tuesday and continued more or less to the side achieving -0.16% for the week.
Allianz made a good week with 0.94% price increase. Overall the paper went to the side during the last 7 trading days. It looks like a price of 118 euros cost major headache. But we are still bullish.
Dt. Post did get a price reduction as discussed last weekend. The title recovered on Wednesday and continued his incredible journey to the North. But it was not enough to compensate the reduction at the beginning of the week. Overall -0.63% for the week but we are confident the stock will go further to the North. All indicators of our trade system are looking good.
We spoke last week about Bayer. The paper got also a big correction at the beginning of the week and were able to increase the price from Wednesday onwards. The increase could not compensate the loss of the Monday and Tuesday and Bayer closed the week by -0.22%. But we do not change our opinion and stay bullish. The trend has currently a weak performance.
All we said will be obsolete if the Puppet Theater in US will continue this week and the DAX will finally get his correction.
But as always: just my 5 cents
