German DAX, week of February 16th; SAP, Volkswagen, Deutsche Boerse and ThyssenKrupp

As we said last week: that was apparently the famous correction. Last Monday the DAX confirmed he is back on track. The smallest correction of the last 12 months was the correction all writers got excited about. No reason to get panic. The DAX is back into his channel and we can not see a reason why he should fall again to the South.

Last weekend we spoke about new investment possibilities due to correction. We mentioned SAP and Volkswagen as candidates but stressed we are missing buying confirmation of our trade system. Well, the very next day we got the confirmation.

SAP is a buy:

The chart shows very well the stock went back into his trend channel and might go up to 62.50 Euros. He passed the 200 days line which will give a boost to the stock. All other indicators confirm the decision.

Volkswagen got also the very next day a buy confirmation:

The chart turned back into the channel and the target of the stock is now around 215 Euros.

Another company came up this week when we run our system: Deutsche Boerse.

All indicators show a good picture and we expect a good run until 65 Euros.

In German newspapers like Boerse Online we could read last week they expect an "outbreak" of ThyssenKrupp and suggest to buy that stock. We do not share this and expect the stock to decrease  during the next days. The chart developed a gap on Friday and we are sure the gap will be closed. We suggest a few weeks ago to sell the paper and we still have very same opinion.

The RSI indicator underlines to be carefully with a new investment. He indicates the stock is meanwhile overbought and we will see a correction. But maybe after the short correction the journey will continue. It is certainly worth to keep the stock on the radar.

But as always: just my 5 cents....
