German DAX; Week of December 1st; Dt.Bank, Lufthansa, Infineon, Volkswagen, Dt.Telekom

Another successful month for the DAX. A plus of 4.11% for November stressed again the good climate at the market. A good performance across the board. The once's in red are already on a way back to the north. Last week the performance was even better. Just RWE, our traditional water boiler in Germany, shows a negative trend with -1.82%.

Last week we spoke about Dt.Bank and the paper got indeed a buy signal the very next day and closed the week with an increase of 3.95%, hit 34.14 Euros. The upper line of the channel is 37 Euros.

Lufthansa was able to increase by another  1.27%. As discussed last week the paper is already in an overbought area and achieved in November 12.06%.  Last weeks increase was certainly not so strong like last the weeks before. We do not see a sell signal yet and it might be the title just resting before it will increase further.

Infineon is on our list as well. As discussed the strength got stronger and the paper achieved 2.65% for last week and 4.78% for the month. The ADX for 5 days shows meanwhile 100. We expect a further increase.

What is new?

Volkswagen developed on Friday a sell signal. It is time to close the position. 11.5% were achieved during the last cycle since October 11th.

On Tuesday Dt. Telekom developed a buy signal. It looks like the little correction is over and the title will follow the crowed.

The only uncertainty for next week are the bangsters. Back from vacation, turkey still in the stomach, they will try again to trash the market and the question is are there enough customers in the market to compensate after 10:30 EST the "morning sell orgies"? Last week they were on vacation and we did have a straight forward development every day of the week.

But as always: just my 5 cents......
